Tour Details

Day 1 -  Arrive in Venice Airport

Arrive in Venice Airport today and meet our staff in the arrivals hall. From here, you will be brought to your hotel. Get the celebrity treatment with world-class service at The Metropole SPA & Wellness Hotel. With views of the Venice Lagoon, The Metropole is often a guests' favorite part of Venice.

Day 2 - Explore the city

The historical buildings and canals are what most people know of Venice but the city is rich with a unique culture and lifestyle shaped by its location in the middle of a lagoon and centuries of a unique political and economic history. I'm sure you've seen thousands of pictures, videos, and movies about Venice, now's the time to explore the city for yourself.

Day 3 - Play Golf Club Venezia

Today, you will take a private boat from Venice to Lido di Venezia,  a long, narrow sandbar that separates the lagoon of Venice from the Adriatic sea. The Lido is the location of the Golf Club Venezia. The Venetian Golf Club can rightfully claim the title of oldest club in the region and among the oldest in Italy. Its foundation and opening dates back as far as 1928.

Day 4 -  Travel to Florence

Tour from Venice to Florence (perhaps via Verona (pictured here), Bologna or Imola).  Verona is a busy spot which is dominated by a mammoth, remarkably well-preserved 1st-century amphitheater, the venue for the city's annual summer opera festival. Add to that countless churches, regional wine and a couple of architecturally fascinating bridges over the Adige.

Day 5 - Play Ugolino Golf Club

Countless competitions and national championships have been played on the Ugolino Golf Club, making this course an essential part of Italian golf history. This is a beautiful 18-hole course, perfectly integrated with the soft hills of the Via Chiantigiana. In fact, the Ugolino has been named among the 50 most beautiful golf course in the world by the American writer Chris Santella.

Day 6 - Explore Florence

The present glory of Florence is mainly its past. Indeed, its historic center was inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 1982. As one of the most cultural and historical cities in the world, Florence is packed full of amazing architecture and places of significance. It is also hailed as the birthplace of the Renaissance movement, and throughout the 12th, 15th and 16th centuries, was one of the most important cities of the world.

Day 7 - Travel to Montalcino

Today you will get the opportunity to tour the amazing Chianti region enroute to Montalcino. Located in an area that encompasses Florence and Siena, Chianti is as varied in its scenery as it is in its wines. The low lying forests, picturesque accommodations and luxurious villas have inspired poets, artists and photographers for centuries.

Day 8 - Play Castiglion del Bosco            

The Castiglion del Bosco Golf Club's breathtaking 18-hole golf course was designed by the legendary winner of The Open (British), Tom Weiskopf. With its unspoilt natural setting, this prestigious course offers an unparalleled playing experience in Italy’s only private golf club to be set within a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 9 - Tour south to Rome

Travel south to the the capital and largest city of Italy, Rome. Exploring the city center and surrounding yourself with the glorious monuments and colossal remains takes you back in time. Nestled inside the exclusive Villa Agrippina, close to the Vatican, The Gran Melia is a fantastic luxury stay in the heart of the Eternal City.

Day 10 - Play Olgiata Golf Club

Located 15 miles north of Rome along the Via Cassia on the Olgiata quiet residential complex, Olgiata Golf Club is a magnificent, classic, tree-lined parkland golf course. During the years, it has hosted many important international tournaments and in 2010, went under a €1 million renovation project supervised by Tom Fazio. Following this modification, many believe that the Olgiata will be hosting a European Tour event soon.

Day 11 - Play Marco Simone Golf Club

The Marco Simone Golf & Country Club is the ideal place to finish of your trip. It is the official host venue for the 2022 Ryder Cup. The course offers 27 incredible holes and features a castle from the 11th century and unique views of St. Peter‘s dome. When you play this course, you will understand why it is considered one of the most prestigious golf courses in Italy.

Day 12 - Take return flight home
